Greg Evashavik has provided legal services as an estate attorney in the Pittsburgh area and Western Pennsylvania for 24 years. He has provided advice and counsel to executors in estate and probate matters for his clients located throughout Western Pennsylvania.

Greg Evashavik has worked as a municipal solicitor from 1986 to the present representing many local governments, zoning hearing boards, civil service commissions, planning commissions and numerous authorities. He has and continues to provide his multiple municipal clients with the breadth of experience and insight gained through his years of counsel in the municipal law field. He has provided legal services in every aspect of municipal law including contract labor negotiations, ordinance drafting, zoning issues, arbitration hearings and litigation, among many other areas.

Greg has also worked extensively as a civil trial lawyer. He has tried over 80 cases to civil jury verdict. He practices extensively in the area of workers’ compensation litigation. He has significant experience in reviewing medical records and documents as part of his civil trial and workers’ compensation legal work. He has represented companies and individuals in these areas since he began working as an attorney 24 years ago.
